These guarantees are provided by the chemical supplier for the benefit of the property owner. They are limited and conditional guarantees covering the provision of replacement product used in Australia.
There can be different guarantees relating to the same product brand based on chemical used during manufacture. To determine which guarantee is correct for the Carter Holt Harvey Woodproducts Australia product you have purchased, refer to the treatment number (middle two numbers) printed on the treatment mark. (This can either be in the form of an end tag, stamped or ink-jet printed directly on the product).
