Pynepanel & System 32
Carter Holt Harvey PynepanelTM System 32 panels are Pynepanel sheets pre-drilled at spacings of 32mm. Carter Holt Harvey PynepanelTM is particleboard surfaced with a melamine impregnated paper on both sides of the board and one long edge. It is manufactured to comply with AS/NZS1859.1. It is available in two grades: standard and MR (moisture resistant) substrates surfaced with Alpine White paper.
PynepanelTM is available in many sizes and its standard thickness is 16mm. The sizes are well suited to shelving applications. The comprehensive range allows economic cutting of boards as it has no grain direction so there is the same strength and appearance in all directions. This reduces waste.
Where applications may be subjected to conditions of high relative humidity or occasional wetting, such as bathroom vanities, and kitchen cupboards PynepanelTM MR should be used. PynepanelTM MR should not be used in areas subject to continual wetting or continuous relative high humidity.
